Michelle graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in communications. Michelle worked as a television reporter and news anchor in both Twin Falls and Boise before leaving the news industry and discovering her true passion of event planning. Her extensive wedding and event planning background includes coordinating at venues such as The Winery at Eagle Knoll, The Glover Mansion, Boise Art Museum, and Silverstone Amenity Center. In 2010 Michelle joined Soiree as our Associate Planner, and now manages all of our Day of Coordination brides.
When planning your event, aside from being a master negotiator, Michelle dedicates the time to make sure every flower is in its place, every linen straight, and has a penchant for chairs perfectly in line. The bride will have her nose powdered and lip gloss applied before pictures and make sure the best man is in his best shape for the toast. She will be just as excited as your best friend and sister to see you walking down the aisle and will blink back tears when you dance with your dad. A romantic at heart, Michelle makes sure this moment, your wedding, lasts forever.
Michelle is a self-professed ‘shoe addict’. Because shopping for a size 5.5 shoe is no easy task, she’s constantly on the hunt for another great pair of shoes – whether she needs them or not. Second to her love of shoes, is her passion for anything pink and lip gloss, which of course is pink too.
